The 33rd AGM will be held at St Tarcisius Church hall, Southern Road, Camberley

Tuesday March 3rd 2009, commencing at 8.15pm.

The room will be available from 8pm for examination of minutes of 2008 AGM and the 2007/2008 financial reports.

The current committee comprises four officers

Chairman Paul Buchanan               Treasurer Tony Newton
Secretary Janet Carl                        Membership secretary Mary Newton

Other members include  

Social Secretary Margaret Buchanan     Junior Coordinator Jean Thomas

Aldershot League Secretary Ellen Smith

In accordance with the rules and regulations of the club the committee stands down and the AGM is requested to elect a new committee of four officers and up to eight members. Tony Newton, Mary Newton, Ellen Smith, Margaret Buchanan and Jean Thomas retire having completed three or more years on the committee. The other two members namely Paul Buchanan and Janet Carl will be available for re-election. Therefore at least five new members need to be voted at the AGM onto the committee.

If any member wishes to make any proposal or change of policy or wishes to raise any specific issue at the AGM will they please notify the chairman by Feb.17th. Only proposals received by this date will be considered at the AGM. 

Nominations for a committee member should be made on the form below and signed by the proposer, seconder and nominee. These forms should then be sent to the chairman at 34 Upper Park Road, Camberley, GU15 2EF before the meeting.
