The 34th AGM will be held at
St Tarcisius Church hall, Southern Rd, Camberley
Tuesday March 9th 2010, commencing at 8:15pm.
Minutes from the previous AGM will be emailed out soon, however, the room will be available from 7:45 for drinks, examination of minutes and the 2008/2009 financial reports.
The current committee comprises officers

Secretary: Janet Carl
Other members include
Social Secretary: Margaret B
Junior Coordinator: Kevan Teale
Aldershot League Secretary: Sherry Mansfield
Estate Management:
In accordance with the rules and regulations of the club the committee stands down and the AGM is requested to elect a new committee of four officers and up to eight members. This year Paul Buchanan and Janet Carl retire having completed three or more years on the committee. The other four members namely John Leach, Sherry Mansfield, Kevan Teale and Margaret Buchanan will be available for re-election. Social Secretary and Estate Management will need volunteers for these positions on the committee.
If any member wishes to make any proposal or change of policy, volunteer for a post or raise any specific issue at the AGM, they need to notify the chairman by the 24th Feb.
Only proposals received by this date will be considered at theAGM.
Nominations for a committee member should be made to the chairman. They should be sent to Paul Buchanan at 34 Upper Park Road , Camberley , GU15 2EF before the meeting.
